About Me
I have done my time as an employee (professional accountant in the corporate world), as a retail businesses owner (video library trade etc.), and as a serious investor (day trading in the stock market). Somehow I have come to the realization that being successful in work / business in the traditional sense does not necessarily guarantee total autonomy. To a large extent, my daily schedule is dictated by all my business commitments. Don’t get me wrong: I like to work, but I just don’t want to work too many hours. I like to make heaps of money, but I just don’t want to be bolted to just a money making routine. I want something bigger than life. I want more freedom in my life, financial abundance, quality time with my family, travel the world, and the freedom to do the things that I like to do, and more….
I was willing to look at almost anything because I don’t want to miss out something important. I researched and attended private business receptions, personal development workshops and the like. And, as the old saying goes, when you seek and you will find…
It all started when I mindfully differentiated what I came across as a “fact” or an “opinion”. Things became a lot more clearer and simpler. So, as I checked out the facts, and more and more facts, I couldn’t believe what I discovered.
If I could only share one thing with you here, I would say PASSIVE INCOME IS KING!
The rest is history. There is absolutely no looking back. I could enjoy travelling the world quite often these days (most of the time with my wife). We are pursuing bigger and better dreams. It is no longer just about our life, but also about how we can touch the lives of so many others along the way. The world is truly a beautiful place. Life is beautiful.:)

Hi Junius
You have a very interesting website. We seem to have a few things in common. I am a CPA and have worked in the corporate world in Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. My brother keeps telling me about building passive income because he has found a lot of success doing it in a few short years. Although I do believe him since he is my brother, I’m a little unsure how all these things work. What I like is to hear from other people (apart from my brother) with their advice and experience about internet marketing and building passive income streams. I live in Sydney and was hoping that perhaps I could have a chat with you.
I like your Fraycinet video. My wife and I drove all over Tasmania in 2003 and it was one of the most fascinating places I have been to. I hope you tried their Chardonnay too. It cost $30 a bottle at the time for the 2002 vintage. How I wished I bought more! Cheers and hope to hear from you!
